Pine Grove Kennels is a dog and cat kennel owned and operated by Willie Elman. It is situated on a wooded property located in the beautiful and picturesque Eastern Townships of Quebec in Stanstead, Quebec, Canada and has been in operation since 1994. Willie is a certified pet groomer, having obtained his professional pet grooming certificate from JKL Grooming in Queen Charlotte, BC.
